Duygu Andrews appointed Guest Experience Manager at Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown

Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown announces the appointment of Duygu Andrews as Guest Experience Manager. In this newly created position, Andrews will oversee the guest experience from pre-arrival through post-stay. Hailing from Turkey, Andrews has spent her career in the hospitality business and brings an international perspective to ensuring the guest experience is prioritized.

As Guest Experience Manager, Andrews works closely with the front desk staff, oversees the hotel’s Business Class Lounge, and the new Club Carlson floor, which is designated for Club Carlson Elite Members.

It is no coincidence that Duygu means “emotion” in Turkish as Andrews is passionate about ensuring guests have a positive emotional connection to Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown through their visit.

“My goal is to create wonderful experiences and lasting memories for every one of our guests” said Andrews. “We want to have the ‘Blu magic’ come to life through not only our offerings but through our team. We are constantly finding different and more creative ways to surprise guests.”

Following graduating from Fatih University, Andrews began her career at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul in the call center before quickly being promoted to Group Sales Coordinator. Andrews then joined Radisson Blu, Pera Istanbul as Group Sales Executive before managing events with EventInIstanbul. Andrews lives with her husband in Minneapolis. She speaks English, Turkish, and French.
