Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Raymond Chan as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events.

In his new role with Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong, Mr. Chan will assume responsibility for the overall management of food and beverage operations at Marco Polo Hongkong, Gateway and Prince Hotels. He will be focused on maintaining the highest levels of product, service standards and guest satisfaction at the six restaurants and bars, and also driving business profitability for the hotel’s restaurants and banquet facilities.

Mr. Chan has almost 30 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. His hospitality career began in 1989 at Hilton Hotel Hong Kong, and he has worked with Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts – Shanghai, and Shangri-La Hotel Hangzhou. Prior to joining Marco Polo Hotels, Mr. Chan was Director of Food & Beverage for Hilton Worldwide (Shanghai Regional Office) where he was managing outlet operations across Greater China and Mongolia.
