Six Senses Zil Pasyon, is delighted to announce the arrival of management couple Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage Chef Richard Lee and Executive Assistant Manager Rooms Lizzie Lee, coming on board for the 2016 opening.

No strangers to Six Senses, both Lizzie and Richard joined the brand for the opening of Evason Ma’In Jordan back in 2008; Richard Lee as an opening executive chef and Lizzie Lee as revenue manager, and they have continued their journey with the Six Senses family since then.

Richard’s transfer as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage of Six Senses Zil Pasyon places him in his fourth Six Senses property. He has more than 17 years of professional experience in the kitchen working with several leading brands including multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels throughout the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Six Senses Zil Pasyon in March 2016, Richard held the position of executive chef and brand champion at Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman for two years after transferring from Six Senses Con Dao, Vietnam where he worked for three years.

Food and beverage is an indispensable part of Richard’s life. Graduated from Birmingham College of Food in the UK, he brings an extensive knowledge in pre-opening, strategic culinary planning, concept, budgeting, recruitment, training, and leading highly-motivated culinary brigades and front of house teams to excellence.
