Loews Regency New York Hotel, the iconic Park Avenue hotel in Midtown Manhattan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Farina as Hotel Manager. In his new position, Farina will oversee all day-to-day operations and overall guest experiences while ensuring the implementation of strategic hotel initiatives.
“With more than eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, Farina’s vast knowledge in hotel management and proven ability to drive revenue make him the ideal person for the position,” said Simon Mais, Managing Director of Loews Regency New York Hotel. “With exceptional service and world-class facilities, the property requires a meticulous approach to management with an eye for innovation. We are confident that Farina will fulfil the hotel’s requirements and continue to enhance its legacy.”
Farina brings over six years of premier hospitality experience accumulated through his various ranks at Lotte New York Palace. His career includes a multitude of managerial positions that span the various facets of the hospitality industry from Restaurant Manager, Meeting Events Manager, Group Sales Manager and Director of Towers. Accomplishments range from increasing TripAdvisor rankings to successful revenue maintenance, despite a declining market in New York.
Farina graduated from Boston University with a BA from the School of Hospitality Administration. Born and raised in New York City, Farina enjoys various outdoors activities such as cooking, golf, skiing and cycling.
