“We are delighted to welcome Chef Ahmad to Doha to lead the culinary team,” says Rami Sayess, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Doha. “Chef Ahmad’s extensive tenure with Four Seasons, innovative approach and creative vision makes him the perfect addition to our remarkable and highly regarded culinary team here at Four Seasons Hotel Doha to elevate the already exquisite gastronomic experience for our discerning guests.”

“I’m extremely excited to return to Doha and to this amazing property, where so many incredible food and beverage initiatives are taking place, including the newly opened Elements Restaurant and Lounge,” declares Chef Ahmad. Chef Ahmad re-joins Four Seasons Hotel Doha for the second time after his last assignment at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as Executive Chef for the last six years, where he was responsible of all the food and beverage renovation for all four restaurants and lounges – ROSSO, the Grill, Elements Riyadh and Lobby Lounge. In addition to implementing new restaurant concepts for Elements and ROSSO, which were awarded as best restaurants in the Kingdom – The Grill and ROSSO from Saudi Excellence for Tourism Awards and Elements acquired Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor – Chef also successfully oversaw the Hotel’s expansive banquet and catering operation for up to 2,400 guests at a time.

Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Ahmad not only has an impressive culinary palate, but also an ear for languages. In addition to his native Arabic, he speaks English, Spanish, French and German. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in the United States, with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Shortly after graduation, Ahmad pursued his true passion of culinary arts and joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts through the Sous Chef Training program, held at the former Four Seasons Hotel Newport Beach in California.
