Ulrike Andorff named new General Manager at BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana

BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana is proud to announce the appointment of its new General Manager, Ms. Ulrike Andorff.

With over 22 years of experience within the industry, Ulrike is an expert in the field and has been fortunate enough to have managed and be involved in many divisions and departments during her career progression. Having also worked across a number of continents, including London, China, Vietnam, Guam, Mauritius and the UAE, Ulrike is excited to tackle her new position while contributing to the overall success of the property and hotel chain.

Focusing on the task at hand, Ulrike will focus on building BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana as a luxury apartment hotel by “continuing to enhance our guest service experience, increase the engagement level of our colleagues and, at the same time, drive revenue in order to not only meet but even exceed the expectations of the owning and management company”.

Ulrike will add her extensive knowledge and expertise to the overall operations of the all-suite BurJuman Arjaan, which is connected to the BurJuman mall and Business Tower, and consists of 148 suites, three townhouses and one penthouse. The hotel also has an all-day dining restaurant, conference and meeting facilities as well as leisure facilities including a gym and outdoor child-friendly swimming pool.
