Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Tony Coveney as the new Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. A Four Seasons veteran with two decades of hospitality experience, Coveney arrives in the Kingdom from Four Seasons Hotel Sydney where he spent two years as Director of Rooms.

After earning a hotel management degree in Ireland, Coveney began his career in food and beverage followed by a stint in marketing. In 2003, he joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Sales Manager for the former Four Seasons hotel in Dublin.

Shortly thereafter, Coveney jumped at an opportunity to be the pre-opening resort manager of a golf resort near his hometown in Ireland but soon returned to a new beginning at Four Seasons in Dublin, to join the front desk management team and later serve as Director of Rooms.

Coveney’s other stop before Riyadh was Sydney, where he served as Director of Rooms for the largest Four Seasons address with 531 rooms.

An optimist at heart, Coveney believes in the power of people working together toward a common goal, yet recognises the importance of being able to shift gears when needs arise. He likes to spend as much “Golden Time” as possible, personally assisting guests to ensure their experience is special and bespoke and is keen on inspiring his team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh to do the same.
