With the 40-year-old Englishman, the neighbourhood lifestyle brand has acquired a specialist in the hotel trade with almost 25 years valuable experience in the industry. The hotel expert, originally from Canterbury, was previously the General Manager at the Mercure in Tunbridge Wells. Before that he managed the Holiday Inn hotels in Rochester and Ashford, and so brings with him six years of experience as a General Manager.

Launched in Europe, pentahotels is a design-led, neighbourhood lifestyle brand providing independent travellers with comfort and style in a contemporary environment. Pentalounge, a combined lobby, reception, bar and café – designed as a lively gathering place for hotel guests and local patrons alike – is a pentahotels hallmark.
