Wyndham makes two appointments in Revenue Management team

Wyndham-Hotel-Group1Wyndham Hotel Group has announced the promotion of two revenue management veterans to new roles within the company’s growing revenue management organization: Mark Robertson, vice president, revenue management, North American managed hotels, and Chris Lawler, senior director, performance support.

In his new role, Mark will lead revenue management and strategic revenue efforts for the company’s growing portfolio of hotels, primarily for the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Dolce Hotels and Resorts and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham brands. Mark will focus on increasing revenue, driving market share and capitalizing on Wyndham Hotel Group’s considerable size, talent and resources.

Mark joined Wyndham Hotel Group in 2008 and most recently served as senior director of performance support. Prior to Wyndham Hotel Group, Mark spent eight years with Marriott International in sales and revenue positions. Mark holds a degree in Psychology from Lafayette College.

Chris Lawler will lead revenue management analysis and reporting for Wyndham Hotel Group.  He joined Wyndham in 2005 and has held various leadership positions related to revenue management with sister company Wyndham Exchange and Rentals, most recently as director of product development.

Previously, Lawler led the inventory management and pricing team for RCI’s North America business, where he was responsible for all exchange and rental pricing, inventory management and distribution.  He is a Certified Pricing Professional and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from LaSalle University. He is currently progressing towards a Masters in Hospitality at Fairleigh Dickenson University.
