Jumeirah Zabeel Saray appoints three new Chefs De Cuisine

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, the Ottoman inspired resort located on Palm Jumeirah, has appointed three new Chefs De Cuisine for its signature dining restaurants.

Jumeirah-Group-JZS-ChefDeCuisine-heroChef Neil Foster, Executive Chef for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, said: “We are proud to welcome the new chefs to the culinary team and look forward to seeing their fantastic creations within our signature restaurants, renowned for their high quality food offering.”

Al Nafoorah, the resort’s award-winning Lebanese restaurant, has appointed Chef Mahmoud Efranjyeh, as the new Chef De Cuisine. He has over 13 years’ culinary experience gained within hotels and resorts in Syria before he moved to Dubai in 2008. Prior to joining Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Chef Efranjyeh worked as a Sous Chef in Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.

Chef Mustafa Sahin has been appointed Speciality Chef De Cuisine at Lalezar, the resort’s signature Turkish restaurant. He started his culinary career in 2005 and has worked across restaurants in Istanbul, Bodrum, Mugla, Etiler and Antalya in Turkey.

MusicHall has appointed Chef Ignacio Moreno as Speciality Chef De Cuisine. He will oversee the kitchen function for the entertainment venue which has an innovative take on the ‘dinner and dance’ concept. Chef Moreno started his career in the hospitality sector in 2006 and worked in hotels across Barcelona, La Garriga and Mallorca.  In 2012 and prior to joining Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Chef Moreno was Chef de Cuisine at Jumeirah Port Soller in Mallorca, Spain.
