Dario Cattarinich new Executive Chef at two Myanmar properties

Chef Dario CattarinichThe Unique Collection of Hotels and Resorts is excited to announce the appointment of Chef Dario Cattarinich as the new Executive Chef at the first two properties in Myanmar managed by the company, The Emerald Palace Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw and Residence@26, Yangon.

Chef Cattarinich, who was born in Italy, has always been fascinated by the art of culinary, which has defined his career. With 15 years experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries at various international locations, Chef Cattarinich brings expertise on Italian and Fusion Asian cuisines together with a true passion for the culinary arts and new culinary ideas to bring the guest’s dining experience to the next level.

He starts his new chapter as the Executive Chef at The Emerald Palace Hotel and Residence@26 from his most recent role as Italian specialty chef at Etesian fine dining restaurant in Velassaru, a five star luxury resort in Maldives and prior role as Head Chef at Restaurant “La Pergola” in the Gulf Hotel in Bahrain.

Before that he has worked in several well-known establishment restaurants, five star luxury hotels and catering companies in Italy, including Italian seafood restaurant “OI’Nè” where he started his role as Pizza Chef and then worked his way up from Chef rôtisseur to Sous Chef, Cusina Sud Italian Catering Company as Head Chef and “Mamma Italia”, a fine dining Italian restaurant in North Carolina, U.S.A.
