Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Shaun Treacy as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas and Europe, and Richard Lehn as Vice President of Finance for the same region.
In his new role, Shaun will oversee operations for the company’s portfolio and will work closely with the technical services team on new projects under development. Shaun joins Rosewood following his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Product and Brand Design for Hyatt. He has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a specialist in technical services, hotel openings, operations, and sales & marketing.
As Rosewood’s Vice President of Finance for the Americas and Europe, Richard will direct all aspects of the company’s finances, with a particular focus on upcoming hotel openings. Prior to Rosewood, Richard spent 20 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, spanning positions on the property, regional and corporate levels for the company’s nine brands. His most recent role with Starwood was Director of Finances for the Southern United States and the Caribbean, where he was responsible for the management of 44 properties and over $1.5 billion in revenue.
