Luca Rutigliano promoted to Managing Director of Rosewood CordeValle

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Luca Rutigliano as managing director of Rosewood CordeValle in San Martin, CA.  Rutigliano brings a wealth of management experience in luxury hospitality to his new role, having enjoyed a successful 15-year career with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. As managing director he will oversee all areas of Rosewood CordeValle, including the luxury resort’s 45 rooms and suites, three signature dining venues, Sense  spa and championship golf course.

Mr. Rutigliano most recently served as resort manager for Rosewood CordeValle, a position he had held since 2012. Prior to this, he was executive chef and oversaw the resort’s food and beverage programming and three signature dining venues. During his tenure with Rosewood, Mr. Rutigliano also worked at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York.  His previous experience includes positions at five-star properties in Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean, most notably at Canouan Resort at Carenage Bay in the West Indies.
