Mr. Kent Zhu has recently been appointed as the Executive Vice-President of Wanda Hotels & Resorts. In his new capacity, Kent will play a key role in the operation of the company, including strategic direction, hotel profitability, brand standards, service standards, guest satisfaction, and operation efficiency.
Kent is from Singapore, and is a seasoned hotelier with more than 30 years of professional management experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Wanda Hotels & Resorts, he held several key positions in Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts for many years, most recently as the global chief marketing officer.
Wanda believes with his extensive experience and knowledge, he will further consolidate and strengthen Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ service culture, making Wanda the leading Chinese global luxury hotel management group.
