Radisson has announced it has signed a hotel in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The 190-room hotel is located in the heart of Santo Domingo’s business and commercial district and is just minutes from the Santo Domingo baseball stadium, sports palace, National Theater and the Cultural Plaza.
“We are pleased to announce the signing of this modern and recently renovated hotel, marking our entrance into the Dominican Republic,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Americas. “We continue to see strong momentum in our growth as a powerful, globally consistent, first class-brand complemented by our ‘Yes I Can!’ service spirit.”
Like all Radisson hotels, it will feature a full service restaurant and bar, business center, fitness center and free high-speed Internet. The hotel is expected to open under the Radisson brand in March.
