InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), has announced the appointment of Federico Lalatta Costerbosa as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Strategy and Corporate Development.
Federico joins from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a Partner and Managing Director. He will report directly to IHG’s Chief Executive Officer, Richard Solomons.
Federico joined BCG in 1994, where he led teams working on wide range of strategic and organisational issues for both global and regionally-focused companies. Federico worked across a broad spectrum of sectors in his twenty years at BCG including retail, FMCG and luxury goods. He has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sectors.
