Nor1, the technology leader in upsell solutions, and Palazzo Versace Gold Coast Australia have implemented Nor1’s pre-arrival, post confirmation Upsell solution, eStandby Upgrade®.
The agreement between Nor 1 and Palazzo Versace promises to help the hotel enhance guest experience, and build ADR and RevPAR.
“Aligning our digital brand marketing efforts with Nor1’s eStandby product will enable us to deepen relationships with our guests and even further enhance their experiences at our luxury hotel.” said Anthony Hills, Director of Revenue and Optimization for Palazzo Versace. He added, “our hotel was looking for a partnership that would provide a proven way to grow incremental revenue while improving ADR and increasing guest satisfaction levels – a win-win situation for our hotel.”
As part of the eStandby Upgrade implementation, Palazzo Versace has also deployed Nor1’s Micros Opera OXI 2-way interface to ensure a highly integrated solution that can maximize the revenue opportunities available. The level of integration allows for unparalleled automatic inventory look-up and allocation – something Nor1 calls “single-click-clear”.
“We are pleased to partner with Palazzo Versace, a leading luxury hotel, and such a prestigious and highly recognized hotel. This agreement enhances our growth in the Asia Pacific region as we continue build our support for the top brands and hotels in the region,” said Jason Bryant, Founder and CEO of Nor1, Inc. He concluded, “At Nor1, our focus is our customers’ focus – guest satisfaction, technology tools that drive to improve ADR and generate ancillary revenue streams. We are excited about our relationship with Palazzo Versace.”
Nor1’s Upsell solutions are powered in real-time by PRiME®, Nor1’s patented decision intelligence engine. It is a platform that uses buyer-behavior dynamics, predictive analytics and complex algorithms to make post-purchase pricing and merchandising decisions for the hotels. PRiME identifies what the right offer is for a particular guest; and dynamically makes an offer at exactly the right time, driving conversion and guest satisfaction and offering a targeted and personalised upsell offer.
Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Gold Coast Broadwater, Palazzo Versace encompasses the beauty, luxury and opulence for which the name Versace is famous.
