Formerly a Ramada Inn, the five-story hotel has been completely redesigned and renovated in the city’s traditional Old Spanish style while featuring modern updates and amenities throughout. Within easy walking distance of St. Augustine’s many cultural and historical attractions, and just 50 miles from the Jacksonville International Airport, the 97-room hotel offers leisure, group and business travelers the comforts of home blended with features that convey the city’s proud Spanish heritage. DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District is owned by 116 San Marco LLC and managed by Summit Hospitality Management.

DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District – the brand’s first property in the greater Jacksonville area – opens to guests with modern luxuries complemented by old-world Spanish design features, including wrought iron, distressed brick-look arches, warm, earthy color tones and artwork depicting iconic St. Augustine scenery throughout the hotel. Stylish and spacious guest rooms – which either overlook St. Augustine’s quiet streets or the hotel’s pool area –  boast a well-lit workspace with an ergonomic chair, 42-inch HDTV with premium HD channels and the inviting Sweet Dreams bed.

The Oak Room Restaurant and Lounge delivers enticing American cuisine with a unique St. Augustine flair and locally-sourced ingredients. The menu features signature dishes such as Port Wine & Cherry Lacquered Duck Breast and the restaurant’s homemade Datil Pepper Jam with caramelized onions and bacon available to accompany any dish. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, as well as in-room dining for anyone seeking the comfort of a guestroom retreat. An onsite 24-hour market and gift shop is also available for guests seeking fresh grab-and-go options.

Guests will also enjoy a range of complimentary services and amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor heated swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a 24-hour business center, parking and WiFi access throughout the hotel’s public spaces and guest rooms.
