InterContinental Hong Kong introduces Hong Kong’s largest hotel LED wall

InterContinental Hong Kong has launched the city’s largest hotel LED wall in the InterContinental Ballroom, renowned as one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious event venues, and also one of the city’s largest pillarless ballrooms.

The hotel’s latest installation,Hong Kong’s largest hotel high definition LED wall (12 meters x 4 meters), can provide a stunning visual impact for  meetings and events, as well as gala dinners and wedding receptions, when presenting event and wedding videos, live event coverage and graphic effects.

InterContinental Hong Kong can also bring its amazing harbour view to Ballroom events with an option of a “live feed” to the hotel’s spectacular view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island providing a show-stopping effect on the LED Wall. 

LED Wall Event Packages

1. Backdrop Package at HK$12, 800 net per event: with a single image as the backdrop displayed on the full LED Wall. (Images provided by the client should be a format size of 2500 X 832). This package is inclusive of one hour testing before the day of the event.

2. Event Package at HK$68,000 net per event (for full day use from 8:00am–11:59pm):inclusive of two laptops for image/video/powerpoint as playback on the LED Wall, one switcher for signal switching between two laptops. Images should be in a format size of 2500 X 832 (provided by the client). One engineer will be on hand for technical support and operation on the day of the event. This package is inclusion of one hour of testing before the day of the event.

For Dry Hire, (with the client using his/her own production company), a DVI signal input port will be provided for the client as input.

3. “Live Feed” of the hotel’s spectacular harbourview at HK$5,500 net for the “Live Feed” and an additional HK$8,000 net for live video filming with crew (from the hotel’s rooftop).
