InterContinental Hotels Group has opened the Staybridge Suites Phoenix – Chandler hotel, located close to the city of Phoenix and just a short distance from numerous prominent businesses such as Intel, Bank of America, Verizon and Honeywell. This addition to IHG’s Phoenix hotels is the second Staybridge Suites location for the metro Phoenix area and the third for the state of Arizona.

The hotel is owned by Pacific Lodging of Chandler, LLC and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management and is franchised by an affiliate of IHG. This is owner Gary Tharaldson’s fifth Staybridge Suites hotel and comes on the heels of their recent opening in Denver, Colorado, the 200th hotel for the Staybridge Suites brand.

The four-story Staybridge Suites Phoenix Chandler hotel features 104 well-designed spacious suites (a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). The new property offers exceptional home-like surroundings including complimentary amenities such as Internet connectivity throughout the hotel with Wireless Anywhere, daily hot breakfast, Laundry Room, Fitness Room, Pool, and a 24-hour Business Center, as well as access to The Pantry, the hotel’s 24-hour convenience store. Guests can relax and mingle in the hotel’s Great Room during The Social evening receptions, held each Tuesday through Thursday, offering complimentary beer and wine and customizable entrées.
