Quest opens doors in Woolloongabba, Queensland

Quest 1Today Quest Serviced Apartments opened its doors at 130 Logan Road, Woolloongabba; ideally positioned in one of Brisbane’s largest business hubs outside of the CBD.

Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana said continued expansion in the sunshine state is a key priority for the leading serviced apartment operator; staying true to Quest’s commitment to meeting the needs of the corporate market through providing high quality, long-stay accommodation where it’s needed most.

“Queensland, particularly Brisbane, is making its mark on the global stage thanks to the State Government’s continued investment in infrastructure and major developments. Business activity will continue increasing in the South-East as it plays host to international events, such as the 2014 G20 Summit this coming November,” said Mr Sanjana.

“We see significant growth potential in the inner-city suburb of Woolloongabba; a mixed-use area set to challenge New Farm and South Brisbane as the city’s newest urban centre of the future. Woolloongabba’s population is forecast to increase by 4.3% over the next two decades to accommodate around 12,000 residents and 10,000 workers by 2032,” Mr Sanjana continued.
