Guests will enter through the bar and lounge area and then ascend via a stunning staircase into the restaurant. Since its opening at Beverly Wilshire, AFour Seasons Hotel in 2006, CUT has become one of the most sought after restaurants in the world and is recognized as one of the most popular and finest in America, Singapore, London and Dubai. The restaurant presents a contemporary interpretation on the classic American steak house through global influences and Wolfgang’s philosophy of offering only the finest and freshest ingredients. From prime dry and wet aged beef to shellfish and sautéed and roasted whole fresh fish, CUT’s menus will provide broad appeal. - Re Asian Cuisine | Wolfgang Puck will be located on the 50th floor of the Hotel and will provide spectacular views of Bahrain Bay and the Manama skyline. The elegant dining room will exude a refined and luxurious feel. Featuring Wolfgang’s signature, modern approach to traditional Chinese cuisine, the restaurant will provide a “re”-evolution of what the master chef has been passionate about for the majority of his career. Re will reveal this culinary progression and demand for more refined Asian cooking including Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese influences.
