SpringHill Suites Nashville Airport names Matthew Muserlian new GM

Matthew Muserlian Hospitality industry leader Marriott International proudly announces Matthew Muserlian as the new General Manager of the SpringHill Suites Nashville Airport. Muserlian arrives in the Music City from Syracuse, NY, where he served as general manager of the Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle.

“It is with great pleasure I accept the position of general manager for this incredible hotel,” Muserlian said. “I plan to continue working hard for the Marriott brand and ensure this establishment exceeds guests’ expectations with top-notch amenities and world-class services.”

Beginning his Marriott career in May 2004 after graduating from State University of New York at Delhi with a BBA degree in Hospitality Management, Muserlian served as front desk clerk at the Residence Inn Syracuse Carrier Circle. A year later, Muserlian accepted an assistant general manager position with a franchise company in Danbury, CN, and later in Parsippany, NJ. He was promoted to a bench manager in 2007. Through this position, Muserlian was awarded the opportunity to work at various brands and properties in numerous cities for a year. In 2008, Muserlian was promoted to general manager at a hotel in Lenexa, KS.

Rejoining the Marriott family in October 2010, Muserlian returned to the same Residence Inn in Syracuse where he first began his hospitality career. In 2012, Muserlian took his next appointment to oversee the Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle.
