DoubleTree by Hilton London – Islington is located in the heart of fashionable Islington, offering an ideal base for exploring London’s many attractions.
The stylish property, which marks the brand’s 10,000th room in Europe, joins Hilton Worldwide’s fastest growing full service brand after a multi-million pound refurbishment, and, alongside the recently opened DoubleTree by Hilton London – Chelsea, operates under a franchise agreement with Jurys Inn.

Its location grants easy access to London’s major attractions including Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery, British Museum, West End theatre district and the city’s world-class shopping areas, including Oxford Street, Bond Street and department stores Harrods and Selfridges. The trendy district of Islington boasts a number of specialty boutiques, a vibrant arts scene and popular restaurants and bars, as well as the famous Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal Football Club.
Thomas Doyle, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton London – Islington, said, “The hotel has undergone a transformation, prior to converting under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand, including the addition of an executive lounge and fitness suite, not to mention a new London gin bar ‘Bar60’ which offers signature cocktails to suit a wide range of tastes. I am looking forward to greeting guests with DoubleTree by Hilton’s warm welcome.”
DoubleTree by Hilton London – Islington has recently undergone a renovation and features 229 modern guestrooms.
