Tariq Aboudi new Group Director of Human Resources and Training for Ayla Hotels

Ayla Hotels group announces the appointment of Mr. Tariq Aboudi to the position of Group Director of Human Resources and Training for Ayla Hotels. Aboudi is an experienced hotelier with over 30 years in the hospitality industry and first started at Rooms Division and Front Office in several hospitality brands. Back in Jordan he served as Rooms Divisions, Educational & Training Manager at Ammon College and later at Alia Gateway Hotel as Front Office Manager.

An extensive knowledge in the hospitality field especially in training and development. Aboudi served as Human Resources & Training Manager at Sharjah Premiere Hotel & Resort and Jumeirah Rotana Hotel.

Mr. Tariq is a Psychologist graduated from Jordan University in 1994. He also studied Educational Psychology/Philosopher and M.A. Educational Psychology. He joined Cheonggang Academy in Korea, holding B.A. Psychology and Philosophy Sciences.
