Jill Harlow new Director of Marketing at Miraval Resort & Spa

The destination spa, Miraval Resort & Spa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Harlow to director of marketing. In this role, Harlow will be responsible for spearheading the resort’s marketing and brand communications efforts, including advertising and public relations.

Harlow comes to Miraval with more than 20 years of marketing, public relations and communications experience. Before joining Miraval, Harlow served as director of marketing for RED Development, LLC, where she established, maintained and executed marketing initiatives for RED Development’s Arizona properties, including Hilton Village, Aspen Place and The Shops at Norterra, among others.

Jill worked with General Growth Properties for 13 years in a variety of corporate and regional roles including group vice president of marketing, marketing director and group marketing manager.  While at General Growth, Harlow received several prestigious awards, such as the ICSC Maxi Gold and the GGP Pro Team awards, recognizing her expertise in tourism and shopping center marketing. In 2008 she was also named to Tucson’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list.

Harlow started her career in 1993 in Kansas City, MO as a Community Relations/Volunteer Coordinator for Hospice Care of Mid-America. She then served as the marketing coordinator and marketing director for Copaken White and Blitt. Harlow graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Communication Management in 1993.
