Hilton Anatole welcomes two tenured sales professionals

The Hilton Anatole has announced two new senior sales manager hires to handle corporate and association markets for the hotel. Both professionals will be responsible for representing the Anatole’s services and amenities to potential clients and customers.  Anne Madden, CMP, CTA, will handle the Northeast market while Kelly Blecke joins the Anatole team to oversee the Mid-Atlantic area.

Both Madden and Blecke have more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales.

Madden joins the Hilton Anatole from the Hiltons of Washington – Washington Hilton and Capital Hilton, where she held the same title of senior sales manager. Prior to that, she was a senior sales manager for the Hilton Anaheim.

Before making a transition to hospitality sales, Madden was on the meeting planning side as a procurement specialist for Maritz McGettigan, American Express and Maxvantage.

She is a Philadelphia chapter member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and is the current president of the Philadelphia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She is also on MPI’s Senior Meeting Professional Task Force.  

Kelly Blecke, Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic Corporate & Association Markets

Blecke recently joined the Hilton Anatole from the Marriott global sales team where she served as an association global account executive. Blecke spent more than 10 years in various corporate sales roles at Marriott properties such as the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and Anaheim Marriott in addition to her global sales role.

Prior to Marriott, Blecke served as a senior sales manager at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.

She is a member of the Capital Chapter for the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Potomac Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Maryland Chapter of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
