Outrigger Enterprises Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Barton Jackson as director of finance and analysis, Asia Pacific.
Jackson joins the company’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) team based in Phuket, Thailand, and is responsible for financial operations oversight of the Outrigger Enterprises Group – APAC region of properties, working closely with resort executive teams and property financial controllers in all areas of financial management and reporting.
Jackson has 19 years of experience with Inter Continental Hotels Group working in Australia, Vanuatu and Thailand and for new markets for Singapore and Indonesia. Most recently, he was director of finance and business support for IHG Shared Services in Thailand and prior to that area director of finance and business support – Thailand for Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom. Jackson has also worked for Parkroyal Canberra and National Convention Centre; Le Lagon Parkroyal – Port Vila in Vanuatu; and Holiday Inn Brisbane and Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Esplanade in Darwin, Australia.
Jackson holds a CPA (Australian Society Certified Practicing Accountants) Associate Status and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Commerce) from Australian National University.
