Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s international brand of upscale, all-suite, extended-stay hotels, is making its Big Apple debut with the opening of the Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South.
Located three blocks from Times Square, the 22-story, 293-suite hotel offers business and leisure travelers spacious accommodations with separate living and sleeping areas, which are approximately 25 percent larger than the average New York hotel room.
“Homewood Suites breaks the mold on what travelers can expect of a hotel room in New York City,” said Bill Duncan, global head, Homewood Suites by Hilton. “Beyond the comfort of our studio suites, which average 305 sq. ft., guests can also enjoy the brand’s wide array of value-added amenities and cost-conscious price points.”
Homewood Suites by Hilton provides travelers with amenities and services that maximize their travel budgets, including complimentary Wi-Fi, daily full-hot breakfast and evening dinner and drinks Monday through Thursday*.
“Once guests have experienced the level of comfort and convenience that is the hallmark of Homewood Suites, they won’t want to settle for the typical, tight hotel room,” said Joseph Bojanowski, president, PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc., the hotel’s management company. “By entering the New York market, Homewood Suites sets a new standard for other hotels in terms of value and comfort.”
Guests staying at the Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South location will enjoy a seasonal rooftop deck and garden terrace; dedicated meeting space, including a boardroom for up to 10 people; and an expanded fitness room. The hotel will also offer guests the hotel’s signature Atmosair allergy-free rooms. All of this is in addition to the standard amenities available at all Homewood Suites hotels including: fully equipped in-suite kitchens, separate sleeping and living spaces, and a complimentary grocery shopping service**.
The hotel, located at 312 West 37th Street, is at the meeting point of the Times Square, Midtown West and Garment District neighborhoods and within walking distance of numerous attractions including Madison Square Garden, Empire State building, Theater District, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Station and Hudson River Park.
