Top business school EMLYON has partnered with the INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE, one of the world’s leading schools for hotel management and gastronomy, to develop a specialist Masters in International Hospitality Management commencing this August.

With the hospitality industry booming worldwide, the new programme is designed to meet the growing shortfall in specialist professional management.

This new Master in International Hospitality Management truly combines the best of two worlds, and features a strong emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship.” says Bruno Bonnell, EMLYON’s President.

Students will have the opportunity to learn at two of the world’s leading institutions in the fields of management and hospitality. Over the course of 16 months students will take part in workshops, company visits and an in-company project, both in France and in Shanghai, China, as well as undertake a four month internship anywhere in the world.
