Mali Carow new Food and Beverage Director at Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Mali CarowMali Carow has been named Food and Beverage Director at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, overseeing all kitchens, in-room dining, banquet events, in addition to food and beverage operations for the six diverse outlets that include Olea, Asia, Vivace, FIVE Grill & Lounge, The Foyer Lounge and The Square Bar.

Commenting on her appointment, Livio Faverio, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Amman, states, “We are happy to welcome Mali to Jordan and to Four Seasons Hotel Amman. We believe she will be a wonderful addition to our family as she brings with her a long-standing experience with Four Seasons and an innovative touch to our culinary operations; she is a perfect fit.”

Born in Minnesota and raised in Chicago, USA, Mali loves her job for one simple reason: “I adore travelling and eating,” she says. “I believe food says so much about people, their history and beliefs. In my opinion, the best way to learn about a culture is to hit the streets and eat with people.”

Four Seasons Hotel Amman is Mali’s 7th Four Seasons property that she has been a part of since the year 2000. She kicked off her career as a server at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC, and for the next 10 years she continued to move up the ladder until she became Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru before making her move to Amman, Jordan.
