As always, his top priority is using the best products to offer tasty and healthy dishes. Paying attention to each item on the menu, he admits that he had a further focus in the kids’ section. Not only the ingredients he chooses, but also his cooking techniques are consistent with a healthy eating concept. Items in the kids’ section are baked, steamed or grilled, but not fried.
In line with the food and beverage philosophy of the hotel, the new menu emphasizes local items from different regions of Turkey, such as extra virgin olive oil from the fields of the Aegean or homemade butter from Trabzon, a city located on the Black Sea coast.
