In-room dining menu revamped at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul

After months of work, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus has introduced its new in-room dining menu, enriched with selections of Turkish cuisine, signature Four Seasons tastes across the five continents, healthier options for kids and the Four Seasons 15-Minute menu for guests with limited time.

For vegetarians and guests looking for gluten-free dishes, the menu now offers a broader range of alternatives. The team at Four Seasons Bosphorus aims to elevate the in-room dining experience of hotel guests by providing an enhanced service in the comfort and privacy of their rooms with a chic set up and a restaurant twist.

Having a strong emphasis on breakfast, the renewed menu offers classic Turkish, continental, American, Asian, Arabic and wellness options as well as separate Turkish specialties. To ensure a memorable experience, Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri focused on a wide variety of options to delight different palates. As always, his top priority is using the best products to offer tasty and healthy dishes. Paying attention to each item on the menu, he admits that he had a further focus in the kids’ section. Not only the ingredients he chooses, but also his cooking techniques are consistent with a healthy eating concept. Items in the kids’ section are baked, steamed or grilled, but not fried.

In line with the food and beverage philosophy of the hotel, the new menu emphasizes local items from different regions of Turkey, such as extra virgin olive oil from the fields of the Aegean or homemade butter from Trabzon, a city located on the Black Sea coast. The menu’s local specialty selection includes world renowned mezzes, kebabs and traditionally cooked seafood.

Designed and printed in the form of a magazine, the presentation of the new In-Room Dining menu aims to be as creative and cheerful as its content.
