The 9 month culinary program is a complete program where the emphasis is on understanding the concepts, organization of the kitchen environment, clean cooking techniques with great presentations. It’s categorized into 3 modules which signify the level of training provided to students. The program is carefully designed to ensure that the students gradually move from basic to the most advance level of training.

The certificate in culinary arts is for beginners where they will be taken through all the fundamentals. It includes the introduction to French Cuisine providing the Basic Skills and techniques.

With the diploma in culinary program, the students start building a structure in different areas under the supervision of chefs. The level is an upgraded extension of what is taught in the Basic Certificate, with inclusion of specific cuisines and specialized areas like butchery, fine dining pre-plating, menu planning and costing.

The advance diploma in culinary program is the most detailed program where the students actually work in different cuisines of the world. Cuisines like Classic French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and Thai will be taken throughout the program to ensure that students understand cuisines and their ideology better than just few recipes. The entire program will be based on menus representing creativity, taste and presentation. Students will be encouraged to actually work like a commi chef under a careful guidance of the chefs.

After the completion of the advance diploma, the student can confidently start a great career in hotels and fine dining restaurants. In the industry where the expectation is very high from the young students, it’s very much important that students are completely ready with all the necessary skills and knowledge to start their careers.
