The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) is now enrolling for its summer FASTtrack five-week certificate programs. Classes provide quality training in conference management and event planning and wedding coordination and design.
These programs are ideal for students eager to gain experience working in these fields and to take their newfound skills straight into their dream jobs, said Tim Lam, executive director of TISOH. The school provides job placement assistance upon successful course completion.
“TISOH students enjoy being taught by hospitality industry leaders from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip,” Lam said. “They gain real-world experience through site visits, guest speakers and an externship. In just five weeks, they’ll have the skills needed for a successful career.”
The FASTtrack program is open to all interested students, but is ideal for out-of-state and international students. Housing options are also available, Lam added. The program begins July 14. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, at the TISOH campus at 3614 E. Sunset Road, Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nev. 89120.
