Yes, our new portal and newsletter look pretty snazzy, but the upgrade is much more than a coat of paint – we’ve launched an entirely new platform based on a new business strategy to place our members’ needs at the centre of our business. Here’s some of what you’ll find:

Our new site and newsletter design has been developed to be more graphically powerful and easy to navigate – no matter what device you access us on. It will lead you to more of the related articles you may be interested in, and keep you abreast of the popular stories other industry professionals are reading each week too.
New voices
While we’ll continue to bring you news stories and industry insight articles from familiar authors you respect, we are reaching out to a broader range of writers who are experienced professionals at the frontline of the hospitality industry. In the last two months, we’ve published features from 25 new contributors – unique voices not heard elsewhere in the industry, and we’ll continue to seek out new perspectives going forward.
