New General Managers at Hilton Durban and Hilton Cape Town City Centre

Hilton Worldwide recently announced the appointment of Markus Fritz as the new General Manager of Hilton Durban and Marc Schumacher as General Manager of Hilton Cape Town City Centre effective early 2014.

Fritz and Schumacher’s careers started at Hilton Worldwide over 14 years ago and both are seasoned industry professionals with strong and diverse hospitality backgrounds.

Markus Fritz has worked across a number of hotels in Europe, the UK and South Africa and served as General Manager of Hilton Cape Town City Centre over the past two years.

Marc Schumacher

Marc Schumacher served as General Manager of Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort and Spa over the past four years and has gained experience at several Hilton properties in Italy, Greece, Germany, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
