Stash Hotel Rewards now offering points for stays at hotels outside of its network

Stash Hotel RewardStash Hotel Rewards, the loyalty program for independent hotels, announced a hotel industry first: you can now earn Stash points for stays at hotels outside of the Stash network, including at chain hotels. No other major hotel loyalty program allows you to earn points in this way. With this innovation, you can now earn Stash Points at more than 400,000 hotels around the world. This new member benefit makes Stash Hotel Rewards the world’s most widely available hotel loyalty currency.

“We know that travelers can’t always stay at an amazing Stash Partner Hotel,” said Jeff Low, CEO of Stash Hotel Rewards. “Now, even if you’re stuck staying at a chain hotel, you can still earn points toward a free night at a one-of-a-kind independent hotel.”

By booking a room at StashRewards.com, travelers earn 1 point per dollar when staying at any non-partner hotel, including thousands of chain hotels. Members still earn the most points – 5 points per dollar – for stays at Stash Partner Hotels when booked through the Stash site or directly with the hotel.

Stash Points can be easily redeemed for free nights at any Stash Partner Hotel. And unlike points earned with most major chain loyalty programs, Stash Points never expire, they can be redeemed for any room, and there are never any black-out dates.
