Conrad Hotels & Resorts has announced a partnership between its Conrad Chicago property and Social Tables, the award-winning, collaborative event planning software. This partnership underscores Conrad Chicago’s commitment to providing a luxury environment that blends intuitive service and smart connectivity for all of its guests including meeting and event planners.

Conrad Chicago, a new 20 story property slated to open this summer along the Magnificent Mile, will be the first Hilton Worldwide hotel to utilize 3D Custom imaging software from Social Tables. This technology enables meeting and event planners to see an instantaneous 3D rendering of their event space, replete with décor, table arrangements and sweeping Chicago skyline views. Added tech functionality allows real-time collaboration for designing meetings and events from multiples parties simultaneously.

Conrad Chicago is also implementing real-time digital communication channels, such as SMS, making it easier than ever to initiate requests and overcome frustrations, while preserving authentic human connections.

In addition, each meeting room is equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing and video messaging systems through 78-inch flat screens with the capability of displaying pushed content from organizers and attendees.

Located on the hotel’s two top floors all with breathtaking views, the 10,000 square feet of state-of the-art conference facilities include:

Designed by the world-renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, the Conrad Chicago will offer 287-rooms, a contemporary, tech-savvy service culture as well as a series of inspired, off-the-beaten path experiences in Chicago, some which are recommended by staff. Its unique, light-filled views dotted by Chicago skyline are sure to serve as a compelling setting for bridal party and engagement photos.
