Hotel Zephyr
The Hotel Zephyr, a waterfront hotel at Pier 39 in San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf, is Pivot’s inaugural property, debuting the summer of 2015 after a multi-million dollar renovation.

With six properties either open or under development, Davidson looks forward to announcing new Pivot portfolio additions in Miami, Chicago, Nashville, Eugene and The Florida Keys.
