Marco Polo launches new ‘Elite’ digital membership programme

Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong (Marco Polo Hongkong, Gateway and Prince Hotels) have launched a new digital loyalty programme: “Marco Polo Elite” offers privileges designed to enrich members’ experience at three Marco Polo hotels in Hong Kong.

To better meet the needs of tech-savvy travellers, Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong has collaborated with Hospitality Marketing Concepts (HMC), a provider of paid membership loyalty programmes, to introduce “Marco Polo Elite”. The digital membership programme allows members to redeem benefits by using e-certificates via their mobile phone or tablets, with platforms for both iOS and Android users. Membership renewal, restaurant and room bookings can also be managed from the app. Dining and accommodation privileges are now all at members’ fingertips.

Marco Polo Elite membership (12-month) costs HK$2,088 which includes the following exclusive privileges:

  • 25% discount on the total food and beverage bill at hotel operating restaurants
  • 25% discount on food and 15% discount on beverages in lounges and bars
  • 15% discount on cakes and pastries
  • 10% flat discount during blackout dates, special events or any other promotional activity
  • 20% discount on the Best Available Rate (BAR) for any room type at any Marco Polo or Niccolo hotel
  • 10% discount on the best rate for an upgrade to The Continental Club Floor or Suites at Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong
