BHA launches hospitality industry documentary with ITN

BHA documentaryThe British Hospitality Association (BHA) and ITN Productions hasÊpremiered Ô360¼ Perspective’, a documentary exploring the changes, challenges and future within the hospitality industry.

Fronted by national newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky, the documentary, premiered at the 2017 BHA Summit at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on June 6 explores how the four and a half million people employed in hospitality and tourism can improve business, enhance customer experiences, attract the next generation of hospitality and tourism workers and raise the reputation of the UK with tourists.

The programme also opens up about the issue of Brexit, addresses the current economic challenges and looks at how industry leaders can shape the future of the industry.

The documentary features business leaders, hospitality industry figures, and organisations helping to drive change within the industry including the Rosewood hotel in London, Deliveroo, Alain Roux of the Waterside Inn restaurant in Berkshire, and Jacobs Media Group Chairman Clive Jacobs.

ÒThis programme captures perspectives on UK hospitality from all corners of our industry and reviews the opportunities and risks affecting prospects for growth, and the continued expansion of hospitality jobs, investment, GVA and exports,” said Ufi Ibrahim, Chief Executive of the BHA.
