Palazzo Versace announces new appointments to Sales and Marketing team

Palazzo VersaceThe world’s first fashion branded hotel, Palazzo Versace, has made two exciting new appointments to its sales and marketing division this month.

The haute hotel will be welcoming Kel Constantine as Marketing Manager and Renay Logan as Director of Sales – MICE, where together they will drive Palazzo Versace’s corporate and consumer sales and creative brand strategy. With a combined thirty years experience, Kel and Renay will lead the sales and marketing team and ensure Palazzo Versace continues to thrive as one of the most fashionable, five star hotel destinations in the world.

Prior to joining the team at Palazzo Versace, Kel has built a successful marketing career working for an extensive range of global corporations and high-profile events. From acting as an activation strategist at MasterCard and Microsoft to implementing marketing campaigns at Dick Johnson Racing and Gold Coast Turf Club, Kel’s diverse and expansive experience makes her a valuable addition to the Palazzo Versace team.

Joining Kel in the sales and marketing division is Renay Logan. Renay has a rich background in hospitality with twelve years hotel sales experience and joins Palazzo Versace after holding the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the ACCOR Group. Earlier in her career, Renay spent ten years in the UK working with the Sloane Square Hotel and Mercer Group with a focus on corporate sales and MICE. Both Kel and Renay bring an incredible wealth of knowledge and team leadership to the Palazzo Versace.

This month also saw Russell Durnell leave his position as Palazzo Versace’s General Manager after a tenure of over four-years to pursue personal business interests.  His role as General Manager and brand guardian was held in high esteem and comes to a conclusion after a record breaking summer season. Long serving employee and Hotel Manager, Thierry Tollis, has stepped into the role as General Manager and will continue Russell’s legacy of growth and distinctively designer offerings.
