Wolfgang Neuman, CEO of the Rezidor Hotel Group: “Amsterdam is the 3rd most important hotel market in Europe and is very attractive for both the leisure and business market segments and therefore a focus market for Rezidor. The new Park Inn is situated on a beautiful location in Amsterdam West, close to Schiphol Airport as well as to the city centre. It is therefore highly suitable for conferences and meetings. This hotel will further strengthen our position in the Benelux.

David Zisser: CEO Omnam Investment Group who led the transaction along with European-Israeli investors : “We are happy to announce this beautiful addition project to the area as it will certainly make the area more attractive. Also the city council of Amsterdam, who have been extremely supportive in the project, will appreciate the development, as we believe the hotel and conference centre will be a catalyst for further development of the area. We are also excited by the fact that famous Dutch design firm MOOOI has taken the challenge to redesign the building. For sure this will reinforce the importance of this landmark building and would create the one stop shop of design, hospitality, and entertainment complex we are aiming at.
