Cindy Racco_2Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka‘upulehu, Hawaii Island’s first and only AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star resort, has named Cindy Racco as its Resort Manager.

Fresh from the exciting challenge of the rebranding and opening of Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, 20-year industry veteran Cindy Racco makes the familiar move from desert to ocean. As Resort Manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Racco again returns to a beach setting, this time on beautiful Hawaii Island. Prior to her appointment in Santa Fe, Cindy had her toes in the sand at Four Seasons resorts in both Palm Beach and Santa Barbara. Her career began in the desert of Texas, at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas in Irving, before her first taste of island life at The Ritz-Carlton San Juan, in Puerto Rico. Cindy’s tenure with Four Seasons began in 1998 with her appointment at the brand’s Philadelphia hotel.

“Cindy is an accomplished hotelier who brings a wealth of experience and know-how to our Resort,” says Robert Whitfield, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. “Her genuine warmth and ability to further inspire our guests and dedicated team will be of great value to the Hualalai experience.”

Racco holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio, and speaks fluent English and Spanish. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Cindy now lives on Hawaii Island with her wife Tiffany and their 10-year old son Jack. Her hobbies include golf, Bikram yoga, stand-up paddleboarding and dining with friends and family.
