Hilton Fujairah Resort has announced a new menu with a special set of dishes accompanied by refreshing beverages and sweet drinks at all food & beverage outlets at the hotel. Chef Lyubov, the new chef of the resort, wants to add a ladies touch to each dish on the menus at the resort.
The new menu offers an extensive mix of variations from Arabic, French and Mexican
cuisines with an emphasis on fresh, natural produce, completed with inspired flavors and
creative presentations.
“As a passionate foodie, I find happiness in the dynamic and lively atmosphere of the
kitchen, which continuously provides me inspiration to create dishes and present them to my guests,” said Lyubov Varlova, one of the top ten Bulgarian chefs of 2013, and Executive chef at Hilton Fujairah Resort.
