Bastien Anouil appointed GM of the Columbus Monte-Carlo Hotel

Bastien AnouilBastien Anouil has recently been appointed General Manager of the Columbus Monte-Carlo Hotel.

After beginning his career with the Starwood group, Bastien Anouil joined the Columbus Monte-Carlo Hotel in May 2011 as Sales and Marketing Director.

After four years with the management team, the London & Regional Properties group appointed him manager of the hotel with the aim of giving new impetus to this iconic hotel in the Principality, which is currently owned by Formula 1 driver David Coulthard.

Bastien Anouil will aim to conduct an ambitious repositioning at the heart of the Monegasque hotel sector, which is ever more competitive and constantly changing, and implement a strategic vision to ensure the long-term growth of the Columbus Monte-Carlo.

At just 31 years of age, he is passionate about the hotel trade and gastronomy.  He is a part-time lecturer of Hotel Finance at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and the father of two children.  He likes to lead and motivate his staff by example.  He stated that he is “honoured by this new role and proud to be responsible for leading the hotel’s amazing staff to new success.”
