Topaz selected by MetWest Terra for 3 hotels’ voice reservation services

Topaz_2Topaz Services announces MetWest Terra’s selection of Topaz for Voice Reservation Processing for Hotel Abri, The Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel.  Potential guests call the hotels’ reservation line and access Topaz Sales Professionals for Private Label Voice assistance in the Topaz Contact Center. 

MetWest Terra chose Topaz based on their existing relationship through Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa in Sausalito and Topaz’s customer service and high call conversion rates.  “We have a great partnership with Topaz for Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa. They work closely with our in-house team as a true extension of our reservations department.  I find I have easy access to their management staff and that facilitates a smooth and dynamic working report,” said Jeremy Gremillion, Area Director of Revenue Management.
