Noble House Hotels & Resorts promotes Sean Mullen to President, Acquisitions

Sean MullenNoble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – has announced the promotion of Sean Mullen to President, Acquisitions, a role created to provide ongoing support and continuation for the brand’s rapid growth. Offering a results-driven approach to marketing through more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, Mullen’s new role will focus on strategically expanding the company’s portfolio.

“As Noble House Hotels & Resorts continues to grow, with the recent acquisition of two hotels in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and upcoming acquisitions in Northern California, Florida and the North East, we sought to promote from within, and Sean was an obvious choice,” said Pat Colee, Noble House Founder and Chairman of the Board. “He has helped lead the company to its current 18 properties, and his passion and dedication to our brand will only help us continue to meet and exceed goals.”

Continuing brand expansion, the company looks to target distinctive North American locations within major cities and resort destinations. The brand is also confident with its track record to reposition assets, meeting travelers’ desire for properties with culture and character.

Previously, Mullen was named chief sales and marketing officer at Noble House in 2011, responsible for overseeing a nationwide sales team of more than 45 employees, working to provide targeted, strategic sales support and direction in all market segments. He oversaw strategic direction and implementation in marketing, catering, conference services, reservations sales and national sales. Prior to his role as chief sales and marketing officer, Mullen acted as the Noble House corporate director of sales and marketing, and before that spent three years in luxury development with IMI and The Cliffs. He began his career with Noble House in 2002 at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Fla., as the director of sales and marketing.

Sean Mullen attended Lafayette College in Easton, Penn., and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics/business with a minor in anthropology and sociology. He grew up in New Jersey and currently resides in Seattle, Wash., with his wife and four daughters.
