Bernd Zängle has been appointed North Region Area General Manager for the Steigenberger Hotel Group. Alongside his role as Director of the Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg, 60-year old Mr. Zängle will also assume responsibility for the Steigenberger Conti Hansa in Kiel and the Steigenberger Hotel Bremen.
Bernd Zängle has worked for the Steigenberger Hotel Group since 1988. He held hotel management positions in Duisburg, Bad Reichenhall and Stuttgart prior to the success he has achieved in his current role at the Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg, which began in 2012.
“Bernd Zängle is a highly experienced hotelier with many years of knowledge of the Steigenberger Hotel Group,” said Puneet Chhatwal, CEO of Steigenberger Hotels AG. “We are convinced that he will embrace his responsibilities as North Region Area General Manager in a highly effective manner.”
