The powerful NAVIS Revenue Performance Solutions suite, integrated with more than 40 PMS, POS and social advocacy systems, includes NAVIS Narrowcast for reservation sales optimization, NAVIS Reach for guest engagement marketing automation and NAVIS RezForce contact center services. One of the highlights of the innovations to be introduced at the conference is InSight, a new guest experience functionality set within Reach. InSight is an easy-to-use, customizable guest survey tool built on the new tech stack architecture and showcases a sneak peek of the upcoming interface.

“We have always focused on finding ways to maintain our market leader position and to exceed client expectations,” explains NAVIS CEO, Kyle Buehner. “Our goal is to provide differentiated solutions combined with expert services to help hotels and resorts capture more direct revenue, align their staff and systems, as well as connect with guests to increase lifetime loyalty. We are very excited about this new chapter in our company’s evolution and the important role of the new tech stack architecture in translating our clients’ data into actionable intelligence for their revenue-producing teams.”

The company will be trying something radical this year by having several award-winning, luxury resort clients helping staff their booth to share their insider strategies working with NAVIS to achieve more performance and more profit. NAVIS will also be co-hosting an invite-only VIP party on Bourbon Street with fellow exhibitors, Flip.to, Social Tables and Lanyon.
